- This policy applies only to main products.
- The main bottle must be unused to qualify.
- Return the items with a copy of the invoice and state the reason for returning.
- Customers must return products via traceable delivery at their own expense.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the returned items.
